Wed, March 28, 2007 - 9:40 AMLoosing that amount of weight would be reasonably healthy within a 6 month period... remember to stay away from packaged foods (they are loaded in sodium/daily intake should only be about 1 tablespoon of salt/sodium a day), eating raw foods (fruits/vegies) & and whole grain helps the weight fall right off--AVOID TRANS FATS/and some saturated fats (Nutrition Facts are actual lifesavers). Cook from scratch and make the diet change gradually and permenant. REMEMBER---Its easy!
